My Name is Chris Dix, located in Grand Junction, on Colorado’s western Slope. I specialize in two mortgage areas. First is the western slope of the US (Colorado, Eastern Utah, the four corners area, and southwestern Wyoming). I specialize in distressed mortgages and investment opportunities. Most of the posts to this blog will focus on the employment and economic opportunities on the western slope.
I also specialize in modular home and manufactured home financing nationwide. It is a specialized market. Our manufactured home financing includes land/home and home-in-park financing.
